Refund Policy

I understand that life happens. If you need to cancel your reservation, please review the policy below:

• Cancellations made more than 90 days before the retreat start date are eligible for a refund, minus a $150 administrative fee.
• Cancellations made within 90 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable.
• You may transfer your spot to another person at no additional charge, but you must notify us in writing at least 14 days prior to the retreat.
• No refunds will be issued for missed activities, late arrivals, or early departures.

I strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage for your peace of mind.
